We prepare our menus, fresh-from-scratch, daily, using only the freshest and finest ingredients for our authentic Hill Country recipes. We continually strive to provide our customers with hospitality and service that goes way beyond the ordinary to the extraordinary, including our freshly made bread and heavenly cinnamon rolls.

In addition to our wonderful one-of-kind menu, we have delicious BBQ (available seasonally.) Our barbecue is dry-rubbed and smoked low and slow with post oak wood. Meats are hand carved by our Pitmaster, and can be ordered by the slice, by the rib, or by the link. You can order as much or as little as you like.
